We want your unique day to run as smoothly and stress free as possible and produce the photographs your event demands.

*All details of the wedding/party/event/sports shoot coverage will be planned in consultation with the couple for weddings and individuals for other packages.

*All packages can be customised to suit individual requirements

*A deposit of 20% of your package will be required at the time of booking the selected service. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding/event package

*The deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation on your part. If you cancel with us within 21 days of the wedding then the full amount is payable to Photabulous! UK. (We strongly advise you take out wedding insurance for this reason) No refunds will be given. If you cancel more than 21 days before the wedding we will refund the package amount minus the 20% deposit.

*All packages are to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the selected date or immediately if date is under 4 weeks away when booked.

*Barrie Horton shall be the sole professional photographer at the venues specified and will be aided by an assistant who is in charge of equipment and organisational matters and some reportage photography.

*In the event of illness or incapacity which would prevent Barrie Horton from carrying out the commission he will make every effort to find a replacement photographer but no guarantee can be given. If a replacement photographer cannot be made available liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

*Prints will be colour balanced to produce warm skin tones of the subject or subjects but no guarantee can be given to exactly match any specific subject, as it is sometimes impossible to record photographically exact colours as seen by the human eye

*If bought in products (for example, albums or photo mounts) are not available to the exact specification as initially discussed, items of equal or better quality and price will be substituted

*At all times every effort will be made to ensure the capture of the photograph or photographs required. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Barrie Horton (for example but not limited to changes in weather conditions, willingness of subjects etc) an agreed photograph is not taken, the photographer can accept no liability for this

*Every care is taken in photographing and processing using professional materials. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure i.e. during exposure or processing, the photographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid. Neither party shall be liable for indirect consequential loss. Your statutory rights are not affected. Photabulous! UK has Public Liability Insurance

*The Copyright of all the photographs produced is retained by Photabulous! UK and it is a criminal offence to make copies from them by any means including video under the terms of the COPYRIGHT, DESIGNS and PATENTS ACTS 1988. Original files remain the property of the photographer.
